Emergency Support: For health emergencies, please contact your nearest hospital or call emergency services (108/102).
You can register for our health camps through multiple ways: (1) Visit our Events page and click "Register" on any upcoming camp, (2) Call our toll-free number 1800-XXX-XXXX, (3) Visit our office during working hours, or (4) Send us an email at camps@cdot.org with your details. Walk-ins are also welcome at most camps!
Our health camp screenings, basic consultations, and blood glucose testing are completely free. We believe healthcare is a right, not a privilege. Some specialized tests and advanced consultations may have nominal charges, but we offer financial assistance to those who need it. No one is turned away due to inability to pay.
For general health camps, no appointment is needed - just walk in during camp hours. However, for specialized consultations with our endocrinologists or nutritionists at our offices, we recommend scheduling an appointment to avoid wait times. You can book appointments through our website, by phone, or via email.
We welcome corporate partnerships! Companies can collaborate with us through workplace wellness programs, sponsoring health camps, employee volunteer programs, or funding specific initiatives. Please contact our partnerships team at partnerships@cdot.org or call our office to discuss customized CSR programs that align with your company's goals.
Absolutely! We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds - medical professionals, students, corporate employees, and community members. Requirements vary by role: medical volunteers need proper credentials, while non-medical volunteers need commitment, compassion, and time. Visit our Volunteer page or email volunteer@cdot.org to learn about current opportunities and the application process.
Yes! We offer telemedicine consultations for follow-up appointments and ongoing patient support. However, initial consultations and screenings are conducted in person for accuracy. To schedule a telemedicine appointment, please contact our office or mention your preference when booking. You'll need a stable internet connection and a smartphone/computer with video capability.
Please bring: (1) A valid photo ID, (2) Any previous medical reports or prescriptions, (3) A list of current medications if any, (4) Your health insurance card if applicable, and (5) For fasting blood sugar tests, come on an empty stomach (8-10 hours of fasting). Water is allowed. Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to spend 1-2 hours at the camp.
We maintain complete transparency about fund utilization. Your donations support: free health screenings and test kits (40%), medical professional fees and consultations (25%), awareness and education programs (20%), operational costs and infrastructure (10%), and administration (5%). We publish detailed annual reports showing exact fund allocation. You can download these reports from our website or request them via email.
